TKS Design & Construction Ltd commenced operations in 1973 in Melbourne, Australia and was a member of Housing Industry Association, Housing Guarantee Fund and Master Builders Association of Victoria. It has designed and built commercial, educational and domestic projects including schools, reception centres, shops, factories, restaurants and bespoke residences as well as residential complexes projects.
In 1993 TKS Homes opened offices in Cyprus and introduced professional timber frame construction to Cyprus. TKS Homes has since been constructing buildings across the island.
